Refund Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current legislation, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized orders, which are exempt from this right (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Only non-personalized and unused items can be returned.

• The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage or modification.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

• Before any return, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email at coeurdaiguilles@gmail.com to report their request and obtain the necessary instructions.

REFUND PROCEDURE

• Once the product has been returned and checked, a refund will be issued within 14 days via the same payment method used for purchase, excluding the initial delivery costs.

• In the event of an item being damaged or not meeting the return conditions, no refund will be made.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERROR

If the Buyer receives a damaged product or one that does not match their order, they must contact the Seller within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. A suitable solution will be offered (exchange or refund as appropriate).

REFUND EXEMPTIONS

• Personalized works (custom creations, specific orders) cannot be returned or refunded.

• Items damaged after receipt, through misuse or improper care, are not covered by this policy.
