Delivery Policy

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Saturday. If the product is in stock, the shipping time is generally between 2 and 4 business days after order validation. For custom orders, this time begins from the completion of the work, the manufacturing time of which varies depending on the complexity and materials required.

DELIVERY METHODS AND CARRIERS

• Metropolitan France : Shipments are made via Colissimo with delivery against signature to guarantee secure delivery.

• International and outside mainland France : Shipments are handled by DHL, with tracking available and delivery against signature to ensure safe receipt.

DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the basket and the destination country. These costs are displayed before the final confirmation of the order.

ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number is systematically provided upon shipment of the package. The Buyer can thus follow the progress of their order in real time via the platforms of the respective carriers.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

All orders are shipped with a signature required to secure their delivery. In the event of loss or damage during transport, a claim must be filed with the carrier. The Seller will assist the Buyer in this process but cannot be held responsible for any incidents related to delivery services.

SERVICE DELAYS AND INTERRUPTIONS

Delivery times are given as an indication and may be extended in the event of strikes, exceptional weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a major problem delaying shipment, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible.
